I’m currently welcoming clients into my practice for Holistic Massage and Integrative Bodywork Treatments. This style of massage treatment is customized for you and combines a variety of modalities and massage techniques tailored specifically for you based on your individual needs.
This approach is holistic and based around body, mind and spirit, meaning that it treats the whole person, addressing not just symptoms, but the root causes and interconnected imbalances in the body. It also considers how mental and emotional experiences may manifest physically, recognizing that cellular memory can store trauma beyond the brain. Every cell in the body holds a story, and past injuries, trauma, or emotional experiences can leave energetic imprints, eventually leading to pain, inflammation, illness or dis-ease, or restriction/compensation that lingers long after the initial trauma has passed. Our work together aims to release what’s stuck, restore balance, and bring your body back into harmony.
Frequency Healing with Healy
I work with the Professional Healy Device, offering Individualized Microcurrent Frequency (IMF) programs customized to your health goals, symptoms, and energetic needs. This is included with every massage session at no additional cost.
Healy uses a Quantum Sensor to scan your bioenergetic field, identify imbalances, and deliver specific frequencies for healing. It also operates as a biofeedback loop, meaning it adapts in real-time to what your energy field needs most. This incredible tool works on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels and also supports chakra alignment, emotional release, mental clarity, and more.
This device has truly transformed my personal healing journey and my holistic approach to care. My clients, family, and community continue to experience amazing results, and I’m so excited to share it with you.

Nada graduated from the Whistler School of Massage and Spa Services in 2005 with a Diploma as a Certified Massage Technician. She also worked at the school for an additional year as a Teacher's Assistant and Student Clinic Supervisor. She has worked as a Massage Practitioner at high end spas and wellness clinics in Whistler, BC including Solarice Wellness Centre, Scandinave Spa, and Creekside Health for 8 years combined. Nada has continued her education through additional trainings, workshops, and other massage and bodywork modality certifications. She has 20 years of practical experience in Massage & Bodywork and related modalities of natural health. Nada has an intuitive ability to align with your energetic vibration to work together for optimal results. Her training and experience consists of Swedish and Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Connective Tissue Massage, Active Release, Neuromuscular Massage, Trigger Point Technique, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Reiki, Raindrop Technique, Frequency Healing, and Aromatherapy. You will receive a professional, results-oriented, and customized treatment tailored to your specific needs.

Nada offers restorative /deep tissue aromatherapy massage treatments. Integrative bodywork combines different modalities and styles of massage to deliver personalized, results-oriented treatment. Holistic Massage is treating the individual and addressing the root cause and interconnectedness behind symptoms and imbalances. These treatments focus on creating balance in the body, correcting distortion + compensation, and addressing the physical manifestation of mental and emotional factors.
I use high-quality therapeutic grade essential oils in my treatments which offer benefits physically, emotionally and mentally. I also integrate Chinese medicine liniments/tape, herbal pain salve, magnesium gel, and other pain relief products to give each client a customized treatment tailored around their needs and goals and using products that will maximize their results.
All massage treatments include:

✨ A beautiful, calm, and relaxing studio space
✨Optional Healy frequency treatment is included with all massage treatments at no additional cost
✨Premium massage oil blend that includes Arnica and a blend of essential oils for sore muscles and joints
✨Specific essential oils used that are selected just for you depending on your symptoms and healing
✨A custom and individualized treatment to achieve your goals and address the reason for your visit
✨Tranquil and relaxing music
✨Pain salve, additional plant medicine oils, pure essential oils, and other natural products are integrated into massage treatments at no additional cost
✨Any questions, health concerns, herbal or supplement suggestions and more are always welcome to be discussed

Nada has been interested and passionate about natural health and plant medicine for her whole life, and grew up having a close connection to nature and the forest, mountains, and ocean.

Over the years she has taken courses with Wild Rose College, Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, The School of Evolutionary Herbalism, and Alive Academy.
The Kailani Wellness studio is also a small apothecary and herbal dispensary. Nada believes in a truly holistic approach to herbalism honouring the spirit, energetics, and body of both people and plants, and encompassing Traditional Western Herbalism, Indigenous Wisdom, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, and Evolutionary Herbalism.

About Us
Kailani Wellness was founded in 2019 and is located in the Coast Mountains of Pemberton, BC, in an area known as the Sea-to-Sky.
Kailani means Sea and Sky in Hawaiian. On an energetic level, ultimately we are made of water (sea) and stardust (sky). We are over 60% fluid and our blood, lymphatic fluid, & interstitial fluid is often referred to as the internal sea, affected by the lunar energy as much as the tides of the ocean.
I have been on my own healing journey of body, mind, and spirit for many years, while also working and studying in the natural health field since 2004. In recent years I have been continuing my education taking courses in Quantum and Frequency Healing, Nutritional Psychology and Alchemical Herbalism.
After owning and operating two health food stores in the Pemberton area for 8 years while raising my two young girls, I opened Kailani Wellness, my massage & natural health practice in 2019. I am grateful to be able to work from home in a beautiful studio on my property.
I have worked and studied in the natural health and wellness world since 2004 and approach life as a student of the universe, being conscious of always continuing to learn, grow, and evolve. My goal is to maintain balance between living a life full of joy, gratitude, freedom, and fulfillment with the people I love, while following my passions through meaningful and authentic work, sharing my knowledge and experience to help others on their path to vibrant health, with a holistic approach to healing, wellness, and balance of the body, mind, and spirit.
I believe we are all be masterpieces and works in progress at the same time. All you can offer in any given moment is your best, and that is my approach to life and healing. I try to practice and encourage others to be aware of conscious thought & our internal dialogue with ourselves.
